Ties and cards, belts and cuff links, Father’s Day is always a struggle to find the right gift for your father.   The relationship we have with our Father plays a large role in who we are as people.  At Evolution we started wondering what drink would we have with our fathers.  There are many reasons why some can’t have a drink with their dad but some can.  We wanted to explore this concept with our community.

What drink would you want to have with your dad?  Where would you have this drink? When would you have it?

Would this be an Arnold Palmer on the porch after a day of yard work together? Or a glass of Bordeaux at the bar of the restaurant at which he proposed to your Mom an hour before he makes the proposal? You get the idea… we are talking the ideal drink at the ideal place at the ideal time.

For me, it would be a can of Rainier beer on a beach at Canyon Ferry Lake in Montana at night sometime in the mid 70s.  This represents a complete combination of nostalgia, a sense of home, and a moment in time before he started having health problems.
